Writers

The backbone of the Shield is our writing. We can’t do it without you!

• Develop a column in one of our many subject areas.
• Provide articles throughout the year on a regular basis.

Visual Artists

In this visual age, it’s worth having a place to put your product.

• Develop visual art pieces for the Shield on a regular basis.
• Provide new art for Shield stuff: logos, T-shirts, etc.

Peer Editors

It’s not pretty work, but it’s necessary.

• Check over articles submitted by writers; correct glaring slips in grammar, spelling, etc.
• Give a first read to writers who need it.
